For ST the cutoff was 44.3 percentile. So congratulations you cleares that part. But even you have scored a competitive rank , still the seats for reserved category are not plenty. 

So , there are many people who would try from normal counseling and from st quota too. So don't keep very high hopes . 

And if from the best colleges you mean IIT or NIIT , then it is probably a long shot . You must try for other top private colleges. They do not set there bar this high .
