Hi,

If you are from Delhi then you might get quota for Delhi students given by the university in admission, however if you are from outside Delhi it is difficult to get admission based on this rank. You can check previous year cut off of various colleges of IPU here and get an idea where you might get admission - https://university.careers360.com/articles/ip-university-cutoff
