Hello.
You can calculate your expected rank by using the formula:
(100-your total percentile score)*869010/100

Remember 86 9010 is the number of candidate appeared for the January session of exam.
Now by treating with the above formula your approximate rank at 78.3 7 percentile would be: 187,967.
Remember this rank is your all India rank as you didn't mention your category so I am considering for general category the colleges in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai (i.e, Maharashtra home state) in which you have more chances of having admission are listed below:

Rajashri shahu college of Engineering Pune (BTech in ECE).
Bajaj institute of technology , wardha (BTech in CSE).
Sipna college of Engineering and technology. (BTech in ME)
Deogiri institute of technology and management (BTech in CSE).
