Since JEE Mains is again going to be conducted in April in various shifts on various days the exact cutoff percentile to get admission in NIT (National Institute of Technology) cannot be predicted. It will depend upon the number of students appearing for it and many such factors. 

I suggest you to wait for the officials to announce the precise cutoff percentile.
