ASTU conducts the Assam CEE exams for admission to various institutes offering undergraduate engineering programmes.The cutoffs depend upon the difficulty level of exams ,number of students appearing for the examinations,the previous year cutoff marks,etc.Now coming to your marks you have got great chances for many of  the top government colleges in Assam. The reserved cateogory candidates have chances of their name to appear in many of the cutoff lists.Being a general candidate you still hold good chances to qualify for the cutoff matks in the first round or second round of the cutoff list.The rest totally depends upon the  cutoff for 2019.
