With 80 percentile your rank will be around 1,50,000 to 3,00,000 in jee mains with your score around 41- 50. NIT seats are limited to around 30000 so it is not possible to get in NIT with this score. 80 percentile is not a very good percentile for general.
I would like to suggest you to prepare for the next session and improve your score. Time bound practice of question papers, revise the chapters, work hard on your weak areas and you can definitely get a good percentile.

With this rank, your chances of getting a seat in NIT, IIITs is extremely low. Even to get into lower NITs you should have got at least around 45000 - 50,000 rank i. e 95.5 - 96 percentile
