Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of JEE MAINS PAPER2,you seems to have less chance of getting NIT PATNA.Your rank should be under 4k with general category.Or category rank should be under1.5k to get NIT PATNA.Your rank is too low for any govt Colleges.I am providing you previous year cuttoff of various NITs:
