Sir, I got 81.5 percentile in Jee main paper 2 , my rank is 14424 - OBC category, can i get the NITs colleges

You will not get any NIT , the last year cutoff goes for a NIT is from 1000-3000.
As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in b.arch are:-
