According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 1.75-2.46 Lacs and on the basis of this rank you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs even with your category but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. If you could help us with your category rank than we might help you with a list of colleges which you can get.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
