You have not mentioned your category dear, so I am assuming you from general Category .


It is really difficult to predict the qualifying cut off percentile score for getting into NITs as it keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, top score, difficulty level of the exam etc ,
but on the basis of past year trends you cannot get into NITs with 80.43 percentile as with 80.43 percentile your rank will be near about 1.7 lakh but with this much rank you can not get into NITs


If I tell you about jee mains qualifying cut off then last year i.e in jee mains 2019 , 89.75 percentile was required for general category to clear the qualifying cut off of jee mains

One need to secure a rank within 10000 in order to get seat in desired branch in NITs. As you have got 80.43 percentile, your expected rank is around 170065 that is almost 1.70 lakhs. At this rank, it is very very difficult to get any seat in any NITs. But you can try for state level government colleges. Otherwise you have another chance of getting good marks by appearing the April session. You have time now, so you can study and prepare well.
