Getting a seat into VIT Amaravati campus is surely possible for your rank of approximately 81,000 in VITEEE 2019.
As you know, you won't get a seat at Vellore or Chennai campus due to their very high cutoffs. Candidates need an all India rank below 10,000 to get a seat in Computer Science engineering or other popular branch. And for rest a rank under 50,000 is needed.
So you've choice of only  Amaravati ani Bhopal campuses of Vellore Institute of Technology.

For your rank you'll definitely get a seat in your desired campus. Though, cutoff for computer science and engineering branch is expected to be under 50,000 in VITEEE 2019.
So you'll surely get a seat but branch not guaranteed. Cutoffs cannot also be accurately predicted as VIT Amaravathi is a new campus of Vellore Institute of Technology.
