I got 817 rank in IPU CET BTech. So is there any chance of admission in USIT in BTech(CS) for me?

Unfortunately there are very low chances for Btech CSE at USCIT Dwarka, since cutoffs closing rnaks been under 450.

However you can get following colleges :

HMR Institute of technology and Management
Bharti Vidyapeeth college of engineering
JIMS Engineering management technical Campus
Amity School of Engineering
Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology
Delhu technical campus.
