On the basis of this rank you can apply for good private universities or institutes who are taking their own entrance exam and having their own admission criteria because for general category it is difficult to get admission in good government colleges or NITs with this rank.

I would suggest you to prepare yourself for second attempt of JEE-Main that is going to held in month of July and try to hit the target of more than 97 percentile.
