Am sorry but 82 Percentile means more than 2 lakhs rank.With this rank it's very hard to get into any govt institute or GFTI ,even In the mop up rounds.....CSE isn't possible ... but u mAy have some feeble chances of getting into any GFTI with lower branches..So U should sit for counselling.(Considering u r a General Candidate)
