Hello.
As the number of candidate appeared for the January session of JEE mains exam are 8690 10 the formula for calculating your expected all India rank becomes:
(100- your total percentile score)*869010/100.
So at your mentioned percentile your approximate rank would be: 150,686.
This is your all India rank it is difficult to calculate your category rank.
According to the past year cut off analysis you have good chances of admission in some NIT if you are from st category you can check your chances by comparing your expected rank with the previous year cutoff list given in the below link:
