As per your rank you can surely get college in Jossa counselling. But it depends on your choices made suppose you are opting for Nit Warangal or Tiruchirapalli then you are not going to get them at this rank.

You can select low rank NITs GFTIs and also IIIT's as well as some good private colleges.

You will surely get any..
