With 84% in PUC, you should aim for at least:
80+ marks in KCET for CSE/ECE in good govt colleges
60–80 marks for core branches like EEE/Mech in decent colleges
50–60 marks can get you seats in private colleges
If you belong to OBC/SC/ST, you may get seats with slightly lower KCET marks too.
