As you got 8421 rank in AEEE, you will definetly get CSE branch  in coimbatore campus if you are a state of domicile is tamilnadu.

Amritha University has state quota reservation and under this quota the closing rank is around 10k.

If you don't have any such reservation, it is diffucult to get CSE there, but you can end up with any other engineering branch in any other location.
