Sorry to say but you won't get any college in 84.22 percentile as cutoff for NITs or IIITs goes very high and in you percentile your rank would be around 17000-17500.And in that rank there is no chance of getting any NIT.
You can also check for your home state quota if there is any chance.

You should work hard and reappear in April session to increase your percentile minimum upto 95 percentile so that you could get any better NIT or IIIT.
