I regret to inform you that with such a low score even after considering your obc quota you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.

As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission. Even in lower nits the closing cutoff for the obc category student goes maximum upto 16k or 17 k for non core branches .The cutoffs for core branches are even lower .
