I got 85% in 12th but only in chemistry I got 65 ....i belong OBC....am I eligible for iit? ??

Yes you are eligible for it because they need aggregate marks as you have got 85% .
You have to satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs:
The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of at least 75% marks. For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, there is a relaxation of 10% as they need the aggregate of minimum 65% marks.

As per your question, According to new rules as guided by the MHRD and cbse the minimum percentage for General and obc candidate is 75% and the person belonging to any category is 65% for sc st and physically handicapped.

Yes u are eligible.
