Your 12th marks have got nothing to do with getting a seat in a Medical College. Your 12th marks only determine if you would qualify to appear for NEET. Once you attempt NEET, its your score and Category that decide your rank and Merit list. So though your board results are good, they cant help you secure a Medical Seat. Its your performance in NEET that secures you a seat.
