With 86 percentile score it is not possible to secure 18744 rank ( check and specify the exact rank ) .

Assuming 187440 rank ; it is not possible to get a good rank nit or IIIT . There is chance that you will get low ranked colleges like ( nit Srinagar ; nit arunachal Pradesh ; nit Silchar etc. ) But not fruitfull as much .

Better to take admission in good private college or in state government colleges ( like dcrust ; Thapar ; cu etc.)
