Same bro l got 86 percentile and ews rank is 17263 but some body saying that in ews category only 9000 students are eligible for advance so it makes confusion on our qualification

I have got 88 percentile and 15380 EWS rank. But I want only computer science branch in any government college. Will I be able to get a seat?
