Possibility is high that you will get a call for the next rounds if you do manage to score 100 percentile. Chances will decrease exponentially as your score decreases provided your percentage in 12. The possibility of converting the call entirely depends on your performance in the subsequent rounds.

Not giving too high hopes, I must tell you that you may not be able to get the top IIM's as they have weightage for class 10 and 12. But yes if you are able to get a 100 percentile which is obviously a very tough task , you may get a call and maybe that helps you. I would like to advise you to do more of social work and participate in co curricular activites which would help in building your CV.
