There are only 2 institute in maharashtra having aeronautical branch and those who accept mhcet score.

1. Priyadarshani College og engineering , Nagpur

2. Annasaheb Dange College og engineering & technology, Sangli

As per your score in mhcet so you have chance to get admission in both institute.
