AAT will be conducted by IIT Roorkee after the results of JEE advanced are declares. You must have qualified the JEE advanced paper to be eligible for AAT.

If the percentile mentioned by you are of JEE Advanced, then you are eligible to sit for AAT 2019. The application forms will be released from June 14-15. The test will be conducted on June 17, 2019.
