Since you did not mention your caste I will consider that you are from general category. Based on your percentile it is difficult for you to get a seat in NIT.
But still you can get into some private colleges.

As you had not mention your category I m considering you as general category student.
So for a general candidate 86.17 percentile in jee is ver low to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits iiits or GFTIs which are the colleges under josaa councelling .
So better you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes.
