Hello,
Based on your jee mains percentile, you can not get admission in any NITs for Civil engineering branch.Try for admission in private college.

Hello Candidate,
Your percentile seems little less to fetch seat in NIT. As per our expert 98 percentile is require by a candidate to fetch seat in NIT in CS/IT/ Civil branch. For OBC Candidate 92 and above percentile is require by a candidate. With home state quota candidate have 3-4 percentile relief means OBC candidate able to fetch seat in home state NIT atleast at 89 percentile.
Yes you able to get GFTIs,CFTIs with your percentile.
You should go for April Jee main to fetch seat in NIT.

NORTH EAST NIT cutoff are low ,
Firstly rankings will come than we able to provide you more proper guidance to you.
NTA will release cutoff after April Jee main.

Hello Candidate,
Based on rank predictor formula your rank will be 1,16,535.
Our rank predictor formula = (( 100 - your percentile)/100)* Total number of candidate.
Total number of candidate in jee main jan is 850000.

With this percentile getting into NORTH EAST CIVIL seems difficult.
Your ranking should be below 85000 to get into north east NIT.

For NIT you should go for April Jee main.
