Whether you get seat in NIT Raipur depends upon from which category you belong if you belongs from ST or Sc then you will surely get seat but if you belong from General or Obc category then you may not get seat in NIT raipur because in 86.6 percentile your rank would be around 120000 and the last year cutoff for General category is 42,389 for all india category and for home state the cutoff was 91034 for BIOtech branch which is least preferable branch.

Dear aspirant, based on your percentile in JEE MAIN your expected rank is about 1,16,447. The gfti at nayaraipur I.e. IIIT Naya Raipur provided only three courses namely Computer science, Electronics & Communication, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence .The closing ranks in open category for CS is 8,260 ; the cutoff for EC is 11,161; and that for D'S & AI is 8,172.
I'll suggest you to pull up your efforts for April attempt and score good percentile.
