Hey,
With this percentile getting CSE or any other branch in NITs is quite difficult if we look at the cutoff trends of last few years.
You can refer the link for last few year's cutoff for NITs.

However you have chances of getting CSE in colleges like:

IIIT DELHI (In later rounds)
Delhi Technical Campus

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology
