Getting ECE at SASTRA University with 86.80% in boards and 85 percentile in JEE is possible, but not guaranteed. SASTRA gives more weight to board marks, so your percentage is decent. However, ECE is a popular branch, so chances may depend on cut-offs and competition that year.

You may get it in the second counselling or in later rounds. Keep checking official updates.
