If you have got 86% marks in jee mains and you are from a general category then you won't get a seat in IIITs or even in the top NITs. There are some chances in lower NITs if you are from sc/st category, but in that also you can't get you preferable branch. if you want good IIITs and NITs then you must have more than 95% marks in jee mains.

Apart from this

 For sure you will get a good private college. But not the one for which you are desired.

With this percentile in JEE mains you cannot get a seat in any government colleges for engineering. Actually all the seats get exhausted at around 50 k. And your rank would be more than 100k. Also if you are from reservation category you won't get any such benefits with this rank. So I would suggest you to go for private engineering Colleges like Sharda SRM Manipal etc.
