Candidates below 90% will not receive any scholarship. As the competition is very high, the scholarships are provided only to those candidates who has percentile from 95 to 100. You can get a waiver of applicable fees on a learning apps premium subscription. This app can be used for the JEE or NEET preparation or any of the commerce courses. Depending on your score, you can opt for either JEE or NEET, or commerce programs.
