Hello Mohit,

Since you want to know whether you are a Delhi official or not so in order to come under Delhi candidate you must have a Delhi Domicile certificate and the eligibility for the certificate is that :

you must be a citizen of Delhi for more than 3 years
You must have some property/house/land in Delhi
Your name shoul be in Voter's list
Since you are minor your certificate can be issued on your parent's residence
