Hello Aspirant,
According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the good NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can try for some lower NITs if you deserve home state quota for them. If not then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
