You need to write entrance exams for getting into good B.Pharma college. Top colleges in India are :

Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chandigarh.
Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Research
Jamia Hamdar, New Delhi.
Poona College of Pharmacy, Pune.
