100 - (your total percentile) 869010 /100.
In your case your rank must be around 102,369

As cut off vary every year on various things like the level of question in entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination.
But with this rank being an student from Genral category its difficult to get admission in any NIT IIIT CFTIS.
As we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.

If you want to appear in jee main April examination, you need to apply for it. Application for jee main April examination starts from 07th of February and shall remain open till 07th of March 2020.
