Congratulations on your score and I don't think there will be any problem if you don't have your certificates currently with you. Carry the maximu possible documents you can, including the photo copies or internet copies of your certificates and then you can explain your situation to the counsellor and as per the process they will ask you to sign an undertaking or ask you to get it signed by your college, that you currently don't have the documents but will submit it at a later date. So, this way it will be fine.
