Hi Mirza,
It's absolutely fine if you have provisional certificates in place of your original degree.
Because at the time of your pg admissions you are supposed to show your original marksheets and not your degree.
Morever, if someone asked for degree then show them your application status that you had done for the degree process. But i didn't really think that the colleges asked for degree in general so don't worry about it.
