That's a very difficult question and only you have to decide that which course will be helpful for you as it totally depends upon you.
For example,  if you are a research and technology lover go for b.tech , if you want to understand how our  body functions and you want to save lifes go for mbbs and if you have a dream of becoming IAS etc go for arts. So take time and make a wise decision.
