you can get admission in any of the course in any of the nits but that wont be accordingly to your preference since your percentile is 89 you are on the border of the cutoff. as per the expected cutoff percentile for this year it is around 89.75 for the general category. so work hard and do well in the next session of jee mains examination. Hello student you can calculate your rank by using this formula (100-your total percentile) 869010 /100.
In your case your rank must be around 95591. And if number of candidates increased in April exam then your rank will decreased and as you mentioned you're from a Genral category I believe with this rank its tough to get admission in any of NIT's.

If you want to appear in jee main April exam the application shall begin from 07th of February and shall remain open till 07th of March.
