So according to your question, with your JEE percentile, you can definitely get Computer Science Engineering in some of the colleges of hyderabad. Although some of the top colleges in hyderabad , like NITs and IIITs and GFITs have really tight cutoff, and only a very few students get in with CSE, but you can still try out for them. other than that you have  CBIT, JNTUH, CVR college of hyderabad, MGIT etc.
