Read the information below -

If you are from general category, you are not going to get computer branch in any government college.

You can go and take admission in private institutes.

If you are from any other category, there is quite chance of getting computer seat in government colleges.

If you want to take admission in government colleges, take seat like electronics or any other.

Score good marks in first year, then you can change your branch to computer or IT by college norms.

Hope it helps!

Akhil Rohil I think you will get cs or it seats. You should fill all 6-7 government colleges and cse and it as branch in order.

Hello Aspirant,

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

On such percentile and category you have good chances of getting some colleges with CSE or IT branches through MHT-CET counselling according to previous year's cut-off.

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-

Pillai College of Engineering

Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering

Shree Ramchandran College of Engineering

Government College of Engineering, Chandrapur

Dhole Patil College of Engineering

Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Engineering Management and Research

And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-cutoff

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your percentile and category you can use MHT CET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!
