I am very sorry to say that you will not be able to sit for JOSAA counselling but your percentile is pretty good and you were close. Have you given any state joint? If so try over there or you can try other universities like Thapar, SASTRA and many more.

Hello Bramha
With 89.2 percentile in JEE MAINS paper 1, your rank would be somewhere near 100k or slightly more or less than that.
Even with that rank, it is almost impossible to get admission in any of the good NITs even if you belong to OBC NCL category.
And even for the new categories, there are not much chances of your admission.
There are other various GFTIs where you can get admission.
So analyse all your options and choose best from that
