For your percentile 89.2, you will have general rank around 90000 and it will be around 30000 in OBC list. So for this rank you will not be able to secure any NIT.
All NITs even for lower branches closes before 35000 in general rank and 12000 in OBC list.
So better is to get good percentile in april session of jee mains. Hope it helps
