The cut-offs percentiles for JEE advanced are as follows:

General:89.75

Economically weak: 78.21

Other Backward Classes :74.31

Scheduled Castes : 54.01

Scheduled Tribes: 44.33
I'm sorry since your percentile is less than the cut-off percentile, you will not be able to appear for JEE advanced.
