As per your query.. from 89.40 percentile your expected rank will be around 100,000-150,000 and you OBC Category expected rank would be around 30,000-40,000.

Sorry to say but from your percentile it is quite difficult to get seat in any NIT if you are belonging to General category you percentile should be above than 97 to get any NIT.

You can go IIIT and GFTI there are some change to get admission in these colleges, you have chances in B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering in IIIT Una, Himachal Prdesh and B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering in IIIT Sri city
