As you mentioned your percentile i would suggest you to kindly opt for GFTIs like Assam University, gurughasi bilaspur, Kongri Vishwavidyalaya, BIT mesra.

In addition to this you should also keep other colleges as a back up such as comedk colleges , wbjee colleges , vit vellore, SRM University.

However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
