I regret to inform me that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
As nits and iits are one of the most sought college of engineering they ask for high cutoff for admission .
Neither if I  consider for lower nits though you cannot get admission into them irrespective of you have homestate quota in that particular state in north.

Mostly obc ranking for other state in any nits ends up within 12000 to 15000 rank atmost .
So it would be better for you to take part in any other councelling or get admission in any prestigious private institutes wjth your desired branch.

Hi ! It seems hard to get a chance in any nit or IIIT but you can get a GFTI based on your OBC rank category. You can get seat in any private college through JEE main rank but not by Jossa counselling. You can get nit or IIIT but the worst one with worst branches. From GFTI I am leaving bits Mesra.
